John Muir Trail, Southern Half

In August, 2007, we spent 2 weeks hiking the southern half of the John Muir Trail from South Lake/Bishop Pass to Mt. Whitney and Whitney Portal. We had a great time and it was exciting to get to the top of Mt. Whitney. Now we just have the 24 miles from Tuolumne Meadows to Yosemite Valley to complete the trail.
